1. Overview

BowBalance Pro ("we", "us") is a workshop management platform used by bow makers to track customer instrument bows, service requests, and communications. This policy describes how workshop owners and their customers' information is handled.

2. Information We Collect

• Workshop data: shop name, contact details, service pricing, and inventory entered by the shop owner.
• Customer data: name, email, phone, and bow/repair details submitted by the shop owner or by the customer through public intake forms.
• Communications: messages exchanged between the shop and its customers within the app.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to deliver the service: tracking work requests, sending status and completion emails, scheduling appointments, and generating customer-facing documents such as invoices and work summaries. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Data Sharing

Data is shared only with the workshop owner and their authorized staff, and with third-party providers the shop has explicitly connected (such as Gmail for email delivery or Stripe for payments). Each shop's data is tenant-isolated and not visible to other shops.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the lifetime of the shop's account. Shop owners may delete records or request full account deletion at any time by contacting their shop administrator.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level tenant isolation. Access is restricted to authenticated users belonging to the relevant shop.
