By using BowBalance Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided to bow makers and workshops to manage their repair and service workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity performed under it. You may invite staff members to your shop; you remain responsible for their use of the Service within your tenant.
Workshop owners are responsible for obtaining consent from their customers before entering or submitting customer information through the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
The Service offers optional integrations with third-party providers such as Google (Gmail, Calendar) and Stripe. These integrations are convenience features; the Service functions without them. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
